  15. You can change the size and name of the font used by Program Manager
  16. for icon titles. To do so, go to one of the following Registry subkeys:
  17.  
  18.    HKEY_USERS\Default\Control Panel\Desktop
  19.    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
  20.  
  21. Change the following two values
  22.  
  23.    IconTitleSize
  24.    IconTitleFaceName
  25.  
  26. to the size and name (respectively) of the font you desire. For
  27. example, the default values are:
  28.  
  29.    IconTitleSize : REG_SZ : 9
  30.    IconTitleFaceName : REG_SZ : Helv
  31.  
  32. The value
  33.  
  34.    IconTitleStyle
  35.  
  36. which can currently be implemented in Windows 3.1 to change the
  37. Program Manager font to bold, cannot be used to change the font in
  38. Windows NT 3.1. While the value is documented, changing it from the
  39. default of "0" to "1" in the Registry does not work.
